Award-Winning
MaxWell Medical was honoured to be awarded the 2019 “Pride YMM and Oil Royals Award” for outstanding leadership in the delivery of LGBTQ-inclusive healthcare services such as pre- and post-operative care for transgendered individuals. We plan to continue to “pioneer the way” in Fort McMurray in addressing the unique healthcare needs of this community, such as seeking certification to prescribe PrEP medication (pre-exposure prophylaxis against HIV). Love is love!
